My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and quiet, but the overwhelming musky odor and noisy location next to the lobby were a downside. Being forced to take a smoking room due to booking issues was inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were very cramped and uninviting, in serious need of renovation, and had a strong mold smell that was unbearable. On the bright side, the service provided was incredible, with very friendly and helpful staff, despite some minor inconveniences. The location was perfect for my needs, near the airport and Central Point where I was visiting family, although there were some issues with friends hanging out in common areas. The dining experience was simple but decent, offering basic breakfast options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
